Laner Muchin is honored to sponsor the Love Like Sean Family Run, a 5K and Kids Dash held on Sunday, November 2, 2025, at Robbins Park in Hinsdale, Illinois. This meaningful event supports the Love Like Sean Foundation and St. Isaac Jogues’ Community Outreach Programs, both of which promote kindness, character development, and service — values that resonate deeply with our firm.
The event is held in memory of Sean Richards, a 14-year-old Hinsdale boy who tragically lost his life on July 17, 2023, after being struck by a car while walking to the local library.
The Love Like Sean Foundation was created to honor Sean’s legacy by spreading his spirit of compassion and generosity. Through scholarships, children’s programs, and school-based initiatives, the foundation continues to make a lasting impact in the lives of young people and families across the community.
The event is organized by the Love Like Sean Foundation, which was created by Sean’s family and close friends to honor his legacy of kindness, compassion, and service. The foundation’s mission is to help others “love as Sean did” — supporting youth programs, scholarships, and community outreach initiatives that reflect Sean’s values.
