Overview
Keith E. Allen is Of Counsel at Laner Muchin, where he represents businesses and executives in complex commercial and employment-related litigation. He advises companies in high-stakes disputes involving contract claims, defamation, business torts, partnership and shareholder conflicts, fiduciary duty matters, and restrictive covenant enforcement.
Keith has extensive experience handling all phases of litigation, including emergency injunctive proceedings, internal investigations, complex discovery, dispositive motion practice, jury and bench trials, and alternative dispute resolution. He regularly appears in Illinois state and federal courts and has represented clients nationwide on a pro hac vice basis.
