Alexander T. Dreyfus

Alex joined Laner Muchin in 2026 and concentrates his practice in traditional labor law and management relations. He has experience working with employers on a variety of labor matters, including collective bargaining negotiations, grievance and arbitration proceedings, contract administration, union organizing campaigns, and matters arising under the National Labor Relations Act. He also advises employers on labor relations issues and day-to-day workplace matters.

Prior to joining Laner Muchin, Alex worked at a firm in the greater Chicago area where he represented school districts, park districts, municipalities, and other public-sector employers. There he gained experience advising employers on labor relations issues, responding to grievances, and participating in collective bargaining negotiations.

Alex earned his J.D. from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis. While in law school, he served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Washington University Global Studies Law Review and President of the Labor and Employment Law Society.
